Mental Illness is showing its ugly head these days

Mental illness is alive and well and we can thank Covid for this. The black community has continuously suffered with death and trauma and genetics of mental illness that is not talked about. So in short not to take it lightly the community has "strong" arms. However since Covid half the people if not more outside of the black community has suffered for the first time trauma and loss experienced pain and now see life differently. Add this to the black community that and now we are riding the same boat of healing.
